Hi, I'm Karl — a Swedish web designer based in Sofia.
I moved here for the great weather, incredible nature and slower pace of life. When I'm not designing websites, you'll probably find me hiking in the mountains with my dog.
I write all the website text in English, and my native Bulgarian editor translates it by hand, so it reads naturally to your customers. Never machine translation.

Your website belongs to you, and you don't need to buy a monthly service to keep the website. But if you'd rather leave the technical side to me, I offer optional support packages.

How long does it take to build my website?
You'll receive your first prototype within 48 hours. Many websites can be ready to go live within 7 days, depending on feedback, approvals and the project's complexity.
Do I need to write the text or find pictures?
No. I'll write the website text and select suitable images for your business. I'll ask you to check that the information is accurate before the website goes live.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The website is yours once the agreed payment has been completed. Any third-party software, subscriptions, themes or licences remain subject to their own terms.
Can I update my website myself?
Yes. Every package is built on WordPress, so you can edit your text and images yourself. I'll show you the basics during handover.
What is the difference between One-Page and Multi-Page WordPress?
One-Page WordPress puts everything on one scrolling page, ideal for trades and local businesses. Multi-Page WordPress gives you up to 10 pages, with a dedicated page for each service.
I don't speak English. Can my website be in Bulgarian?
Yes. I write all the website text in English, and my native Bulgarian editor translates it by hand so it reads naturally to your customers. Never machine translation.
Can I sell products through my website?
Yes. The WooCommerce package includes WooCommerce setup and configuration for up to 10 products, including payment and shipping setup.
Will my website appear at the top of Google?
No website can guarantee a top position in Google. SEO services aren't included in these packages, although your website can still be discovered and indexed by search engines.
Are SEO and Google Ads included?
No. SEO services, advertising campaign management and advertising budgets are separate. You can enquire about additional services if you need help attracting more customers.
Are there any additional costs?
Your package price is agreed before we start. Domain registration, hosting, premium licences, payment processing and other third-party costs may be additional, depending on your setup.
Do I have to pay for maintenance?
No. Maintenance is optional. You can manage the ongoing technical arrangements yourself or choose a maintenance service.
What happens if I want changes to the design?
The agreed project includes a defined revision allowance. Additional revisions or new features outside the original scope can be quoted separately.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Tell me about your current website and what you'd like to improve, and I'll recommend a suitable approach.
